Founded by Diane & Alex, DA Dance is more than just a fitness group –it’s a community-driven initiative dedicated to making dance accessible to all. Diane & Alex, who grew up dancing in various studios, understand firsthand the importance of affordable classes and community engagement. Their passion for dance and community led them to create DA Dance, where they strive to keep pricing affordable and get both children and adults involved in the joy of dance fitness classes. With DA DANCE, everyone has the opportunity to dance, have fun, and stay active within the community.

And now, they’re using their love for dance to make a difference in the lives of dogs in need. By hosting this special fundraiser event on May 19th at 9am at The Boozy Mutt in Philadelphia — Diane & Alex are bringing people together to support Street Tails Animal Rescue and dogs like Sprout.

DA Dance, founded by Diane & Alex, is a community-driven initiative making dance accessible to all. They offer affordable classes for children and adults, promoting fun, fitness, and community engagement. Join DA Dance to dance, have fun, and stay active within the community!

Diane Palmer

Diane, co-owner of Da Dance Fitness, brings her passion for dance to South Jersey. Certified in Hip-Hop Dance Fitness, she welcomes beginners with choreography designed for all ages and skill levels. With her positive energy, you'll burn over 300 calories per class. Diane's 10+ years of professional dance experience include performances with celebrities like T.I. and Fetty Wap. Don't miss your chance to dance!

Alex Patrick

Alex, co-owner of Da Dance Fitness and a certified Yoga Instructor from South Jersey. She specializes in empowering women and trauma studies, teaching at 'Lunar Elevation' in collaboration with The Himalayan Salt Cave & Café in Pennsauken, NJ. Beginners of all ages are encouraged to join her classes, where Alex focuses on accessible and enjoyable movements for all levels. With her positive energy and 'Can Do' attitude, you'll forget you're working out and simply enjoy yourself. Dance with your heart and let your feet follow!
